Pantone People, 2020
(Reduced selection out of thirty images)
This essay’s main objective was to document the colors that began to gain prominence in Madrid in the post-quarantine era.
Hugely affected by the global pandemic, in the last months of 2020 it became clear how the citizens of Madrid were filling the capital with bright colors through their clothing. This phenomenon, which could have originated as a vindication of overcoming isolation, prompted me to develop my first street photography essay, in which I spontaneously portrayed the pedestrians who most caught my attention.
Furthermore, I also used the Pantone color cards as a reference for the design that connects all the images, for which I titled each one with a color and a descriptive word.
